No more product pages without reviews

Most customers never write a review, so even products that sell well can look untried. Automatic Reviews adds a review for the products of an order when the customer didn't write one. Your product pages show that the product sells, and the stars in your listings fill up.

Ask for a real review first

Real reviews are worth more. Switch on the review request, and the plugin first starts a Flow Builder trigger with a ready-made email in 8 languages that links to the products of the order. The automatic review only follows after a waiting time, and never for a product the customer reviewed themselves.

You decide when

• Days after the order, for orders that are done or for all orders that aren't cancelled
• Only paid orders, if you like
• Start date: set to the installation date, so old orders don't get reviews
• Excluded products and categories, such as gift cards, services or samples
• Per sales channel: every sales channel has its own settings

You decide what

• Number of stars, title and text, per language through snippets
• Shown in the language of the visitor, also when the storefront only shows reviews in the current language
• Choose whether the product page shows the title, the text and the "Verified review" checkmark
• The product rating is updated right away

Transparent by default

Automatic reviews are not written by your customers. In the EU, presenting them as genuine customer reviews can be an unfair commercial practice (Directive 2005/29/EC, Annex I, points 23b and 23c, added by the Omnibus Directive). That's why the defaults keep them recognizable: the title "Automated review", a neutral author name that isn't linked to the customer account, and no "Verified review" checkmark. In the Administration, every automatic review is marked as such. Check which rules apply to your shop before you change these settings.

The settings, the storefront texts and the review request email are available in English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Danish.
